The Area
Bordering the A55 expressway to Wales, Northop Hall is situated approx. 15 minutes drive from Chester or Mold, the county town of Flintshire, and only half an hours drive from Manchester, Liverpool or the Snowdonia National Park. We are just south of Northophall Village which dates back to Celtic times and close to the ancient fortress of historic Ewloe.
Apart from the stunning scenery there is plenty to do around the hotel, with 8 golf courses within 10 minutes drive, the Theatre Clwyd at Mold and the Roman Cathedral City of Chester. There is Ice skating at the Deeside Sports complex, fishing, shooting and horse riding nearby.

Follow A55 - A494 to North Wales/Queensferry After the long sweeping bend keep in left hand lane and take the first exit to Buckley/St David's Park. Take 1st exit from roundabout. Take first right to Northop Hall. After approx. 2 miles bear left at mini roundabout. The Hotel is 200 yards on left.
From NORTH WALES
Follow A55 towards Chester. Two miles after Flint/Mold turnoff take exit to Northop Hall. Immediately turn right at the signpost for Ewloe. The Hotel entrance is half a mile on the right.
From M56
Follow A5117/A494 towards Chester/North Wales past Queensferry exit. Exit at Buckley/St David's Park. Take 1st exit from the roundabout. Take first right to Northop Hall. Approx. 2 miles bear left at mini roundabout. The Hotel entrance is 200 yards on the left.
